Histotripsy Lecture

On behalf of the Faculty of Medicine, the Department of Imaging and Interventional Radiology extends heartfelt thanks to all participants who attended the Histotripsy Lecture on 19 November 2024. The lecture was warmly received by over 120 guests, including representatives from the Li Ka Shing Foundation, CUHK staff and students, Hospital Authority members and other healthcare partitioners.
Prof. Zhen Xu, professor of Biomedical Engineering, University of Michigan, and Dr Joe Herman, Medical Director of HistoSonics, have shared their insight on the development of Histotripsy technology and its clinical applications. We trust that everyone found the presentations both enlightening and engaging.
